The Artistic Box Rental Agreement

Event Terms & Conditions

I. The Artistic Box can accommodate a maximum of 75 people.

II. Rental rate is $450 for a half day session or $550 for a full day.

III. A cancellation must be made minimum 60 days in advance of reserved date in order to receive a partial refund of $250. No partial refunds are offered after the 60 day minimum.

IV. The Artistic Box is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

V. The Artistic Box holds no liability for any or all personal injuries on premises.

VI. You are responsible for your own caterer. All facilities are to be left how they were found.

VII. Smoking is not permitted in the interior or exterior of the facilities.

VIII. The event space must be returned to its original condition, free of all decorations, and trash.

IX. The Artistic Box requires a card on file in the event that there are damages to the property during your event. Damage fee is $500 per event.

X. Your party must be out and the space must be restored at the agreed upon time.

XI. Set up time for your event and clean up time ARE included in the booking time slot.

XII. By purchasing your event date and time, you agree to these terms.
